He is German Educated, with lots of achievements in his hospitality career with 5 stars’ hotel 4 stars and fine dining operations, Asian Cuisine, Lebanese, Thai and artistic Creative Cuisines and concepts as well as very artistic in Ideas and presentations
He brings on board valuable experience and connections Globally from within the Hospitality Industry. Professionally he is a “high-octane” driven individual with a strong artistic passion. With his drive to continually innovate complimented with his depth of knowledge in the technical aspects of food production.
His expertise with Five star operations has made remarkable and memorable touches with the companies who he has worked for, as Executive chef of IHG, HILTON, MOVENPICK and won best consumer fine dining Asian fusion cuisine in Beirut 2002.
Hosted world cup tour in SA 2009 and joined the most recent edition of Top Chef Middle east, which took place in the UAE, 2016
